The Z24-007-326 is a 52 inch by 60 inch aluminum order picking platform skid built for pulling boxed furniture in household furniture warehouses. Rated for 1,000 lbs, it gives pickers a stable, low deck to load boxes on as they move through the aisles.
An end rack runs along one side to keep the load contained as the skid moves and turns. That keeps stacked furniture boxes from sliding off during a pick run.
Aluminum construction keeps the skid light enough to maneuver by hand across a warehouse floor, without giving up capacity for a full pick load.

Household Furniture Applications
- Order picking boxed furniture components across warehouse aisles
- Staging assembled or boxed furniture pieces for outbound loads
- Consolidating multi-box furniture orders onto one skid before shipping
- Moving picked furniture boxes from storage to a staging or pack area
Furniture boxes are bulky and awkward to stack by hand, and a shifted load slows a picker down fast. Keeping boxes contained on the skid means fewer dropped items and fewer trips back to reload.
Other Ways to Use This Order Picking Platform Skid
- Pulling boxed appliances or electronics through a warehouse
- Order picking in any facility moving mixed box sizes in one pass
- Staging mixed SKU orders ahead of loading
- General order picking wherever a contained load matters more than raw capacity
Why Choose Nutting Carts & Trailers
This skid was built around one job, keeping picked furniture boxes contained and moving without extra parts. If you need the rack taller, angled differently, or added to another side, we build it that way, not to a standard mold.
This configuration is ready to build exactly as specified here, or we can adjust the dimensions, material, or features to fit your operation.
Nutting has been engineering carts and trailers for over 130 years, since 1891. Every unit is built in the USA to stand up to daily, high-cycle order picking.
This skid moves easily with tuggers, forklifts, order pickers, conveyors, and AGVs or AMRs already running in your warehouse, no special adapters needed.
