WAREHOUSE CARTS

Ready to Build Warehouse Cart Designs

Warehouse Cart Designs Built from Real Customer Projects

Each warehouse cart shown here is based on a previous Nutting project engineered for a real material handling application. These designs are built to last and manufactured to order in our plant in Watertown, South Dakota.

We do not keep these carts in physical inventory. If you see a warehouse cart that fits your needs, we can review it, quote it, and move it into our production schedule with standard lead times, often without starting a new engineering process from scratch.

Ready to Build Cart FAQs

What does Ready to Build mean?

Ready to Build means the cart design is based on a previous Nutting project. The design already exists, so it can often be reviewed, quoted, and moved into our production schedule without starting engineering from a blank sheet.

Are these carts in stock?

No. Nutting carts are built to order in our Watertown, South Dakota plant. These designs are not physical inventory, but they provide a proven starting point that can reduce upfront design time.

Can these cart designs be customized?

Yes. If you see a cart that is close to what you need, Nutting can customize it for your application. Common changes include capacity, deck size, deck material, steering style, wheel type, hitch configuration, shelving, containment, color, and equipment integration.

Can Nutting build order picker carts for my specific order picker brand?

Yes. Nutting can build order picker carts, order picking platforms, and cage carts around your order picker specifications, no matter the brand. We can customize the cart around your equipment, fork pockets, platform size, cage requirements, load capacity, product dimensions, and operator needs.

What materials are available?

Many Nutting carts are built with steel for strength and durability. Depending on the application, carts may also include aluminum or wood components. If a specific material is required, our team can review the design and quote the right build for your use case.

What types of industrial carts are available?

This section may include warehouse carts, order picker carts, order picking platforms, cage carts, tugger carts, pallet carts, platform trucks, industrial carts, mother daughter carts, A-frame carts, work benches, and other material handling designs.

How long does it take to receive a Ready to Build cart?

Lead times depend on our current production schedule, order quantity, material availability, and the level of customization required. Because the core design already exists, these projects can often bypass much of the upfront engineering process.
